Papers shorter than 6 pages may not be accepted for individual indexing. The maximum length is 15 pages, with an extra fee of 70 EUR per additional page beyond 6 pages. Note: 6 pages in the Springer one-column format correspond approximately to 4 pages in the IEEE two-column format.
The review process requires full paper submission. Only PDF files are accepted for the review process but final paper (accepted) must also be sent in Word format to paper@ehbconference.ro

Please ensure that all figures in the accepted papers have a very high resolution (at least 300 dpi for images and 600 dpi for line drawings). This is a mandatory requirement from Springer, and it will significantly reduce the publication time. To avoid delays or reformatting requests, check all images carefully before uploading the final version.
